Shipping Policy

Standard Orders Processing

Standard orders placed through Boot Buttons' shop are typically processed 3-5 business days after receipt (depending on the order type and customizations). Once the order is processed, we will send tracking to the email address provided during the purchase (if applicable).

Shipping Rates

A flat shipping fee is applied at checkout for standard retail orders placed through the online shop.  Shipping is free for retail orders when the pre-tax amount of the order is $30 or more during a single transaction.

Standard shipping is the only available method of delivery at this time. Standard shipping typically takes 2-5 days. This means your order should arrive at your doorstep within 3-6 business days -- and often less!​ Reach out if you need assistance with getting your order faster!

Currently, Boot Buttons LLC is serving customers in the United States only. 

Return & Exchange Policy

You may request a refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase.  After this period, returns and exchanges are not accepted.

📦 Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

  • Only regular-priced items are refundable; sale items are non-refundable.

 

🔁 Exchanges

We only exchange items that are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, fill out the form here. 

 

🧾 Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

  • Items returned in non-original condition or with missing parts.

  • Returns made more than 14 days after delivery.

 

✅ Refund Approval

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your financial institution.

 

⏳ Missing Refunds

If your refund hasn’t arrived:

  1. Recheck your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card company—it may take time to post.

🚚 Shipping Returns

  • You’re responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund if applicable.

  • Delivery times for exchanges may vary by location.
